Childrens' Artwork is Easy to Hang

I don't know why I never thought of this.  I used this stuff in my classroom when I was a teacher.   The other day when I was at Schoolbox buying supplies for Home-school this year, I grabbed this great product at the check out.

Today when baby boy brought home a painted picture from Creative Playtime, I decided I needed to start hanging their artwork and I had the perfect place.  I want to be able to enjoy all their artwork but I wanted it to be temporary so I could rotate artwork out as it comes in.

This stuff is called stikki-wax and the packaging looks like the one above.

You simply pinch off a piece and divide it into fours.  There is not need to knead.

Apply the wax to all 4 corners and

 hang!
Your little ones beautiful artwork can be enjoyed for as long as you want to and can be removed without damage to your surface.

  1. Great tip! Thanks, I am sick of blue tac getting stuck all over our walls. I also use the thin curtain wire from ikea with pegs to hang my little ones stuff up on, works a treat! Sophie
