OOOOOh Camera!

What does a girl have to spend to get a camera that takes the picture she wants it to take?

Evan had the CAWUETEST (cutest) milk mustasche this morning.

I tried capturing it with my camera but the kid didn't want to say cheese.

 

So he made screwy faces but the flash is too harsh.

So, I turned off the flash but if he moves one milimeter, it's blurry!  It probably didn't help that he wanted to put his hand on the lens.  To me, the lighting is rightnow.  I like the fresh, non harsh look...what ever it's called.

So this may have been the clearest picture of them all but to me, the harsh lines of the flash are annoying!  

So, is there anyone out there that can help me with this!  

I want to take the picture that I want to take and I want it to look like what I see.

Camera recommendations?

Classes I should take?

Blogs I should read?

Does it really matter about the camera?

I think $400 on a camera is alot but maybe I should take out a small loan and get a professional camera!

Now!  Outdoor pictures are always great!

I just want my indoor pictures to be great too!

My Life is a Sitcom!

I think that one of my little boys may have OCD.  I walked in to my bathroom, only to find three of the most beloved cars lined up neatly at my closet door.  Yes, poor LightQueen as Evan calls him, has seen his fair share of the great outdoors and our 25 cent train from the thrift store has been my best investment thus far. ; )  I often here the sound of these cars running back and forth across my bathroom floor at rapid speeds.

 

two things about this picture

1. My baby looks SO big.

2. This is a reoccurance of a sleeping position.  He starts off on the couch with his head under a pillow, curled up in a ball and after a few hours...this is how he's sleeping.

Besides throwing his food on the floor in the kitchen, this is Jakes current obsession.  Thomas the train...any train is Thomas.  This is him pushing his train way out and then tucking his arms behind him and rocking on his belly.  Don't ask me???

 

two out of three of my boys have these eyes but this one knows how to use them.

 

Don't ask me which kids took pictures with my camera this time...

 

Jake gets all dress up for a birthday party he slept through.  

 

Is this brotherly love or what?

I told my husband last night that real life is better than those on TV.  If you take snipets out of our week and combine them in a 22 minute sitcom, you'd have a pretty good show.  I mean with in laws, church friends, reports from school, and everything else.  I think just Cooperisms would make the cut.  I know I'm not the only one.

Love Comes Softly...

it really does! A few days ago I drove down to my old college stomping grounds to take a test for their masters program.

While driving I started remembering what it felt like to be in college.

To be there for a purpose, to become someone but the main reason I had to finish

as soon as possilbe was because I was ready to start

my new life.

I knew I'd love him...I knew he'd love me.

I knew we'd have a family.

I knew we'd have a life together.

We had a small wedding in a small, church at my college. It was Frost Chapel and even the pews were made by hand. Large stones for floors. I didn't need much to be beautiful...just some candle light.

Our story began years ago

before that day.

I hope it continues on the same beautiful path!

Boy do we look young! We don't really feel that different. 8 years goes by fast.

This little girl...is going to graduate highschool soon...

Should I be sad, thinking about time and how fast it makes our present our past.

probably not

but... I do. Time makes me mad. It goes by to fast everyday.

It makes me want to run faster.

It makes me want to out run it. Play harder.

fight with more passion.....

love with just as much.

cuddle longer

kiss longer

cry harder

I love life...i love my life.

I love my memories.... I love the future and what it holds.

I love not knowing but I love knowing that God knows.

So! I those dreams I had years ago have been realized and in their own time, in their own ways.

I do wonder what

the future holds. P.S. I just wanted to post this and it had nothing really to do with my anniversary which is March 10th, the most perfect day we could have asked for!

my babies aren't so much babies any more.

You know, I didn't mind the sleepless nights...

I enjoy my children, I like to think I could eat them up like a big bowl of ice cream daily.

I love my boys.

I love boys!

I can not wait to see if my backyard is going to recover and actually grow grass around their playground.  Right now the abuse to the yard isn't allowing new growth.  My boys play hard...the love dirt.  I love watching them with their diggers and dump trucks and pretend noises and their little lips vibrating to make tracker and backhoe sounds.

Hubby wants a girl!

You know, I had it arranged.  I knew this day would come where I'd want another baby.  It's the baby I want.  It's not an overwhelming feeling...it's really just the fact that they grow up to quickly and I don't get smother myself in their sweet bellies for long.

Adopt?

Not right now!  Not unless one fell in our lap by accident.

I also don't want to get tired.  I want to enjoy them!

I wish I could be more efficient as to savor every single moment with them.

I'm going to have to give my computer a virus I think.

Just so I'll be forced to play more.

Well...gotta go play...I guess I should play house first and do the dishes...then maybe we can get out the Playdough!
