Hip Hip Hooray!

7.2 pounds lost!

I want to give Weight Watchers a huge thank you and a big shout out to God!

1.  I need accountability and I like that I daily hold myself accountable using WW.
2.  The new medicine I'm on for my blood sugar is working, my A1C WILL be down.
3.  I love that so many of you actually care about my health.  Bless you!

Now, I'm going out to eat for lunch with my Granny today for her birthday which was yesterday, 84 years old and beautiful!  Friday, I'm taking my Memaw out for her birthday and don't ask her how old she is.  She's beautiful as well.  I'm so lucky to have such lovely grandmothers.

I will eat sensible and I will pick the healthy stuff even though it's kinda hard at Red Lobster and Olive Garden.

Thanks for all the support my peeps...now, share with me.
  How you doin'?

  1. YEAH!! So excited for you! Way to go!  It is worth it.  I am using the same principles for healthy eating in other areas of my life (http://apronsandapples.blogspot.com/2011/06/getting-things-done-in-bite-size-chunks.html).  I realized determination, baby steps and one 1/2 hour chunk at a time I can accomplish anything.  Even organizing and finishing projects at  my house!

  2. Great job!!!  I love Weight Watchers.  Yes, you can go out and celebrate.  Just do it in moderation now.  I went to a wedding last weekend and didn't feel guilty about eating cake.  Yes, wedding cake!!!  Keep up the good work.  Can't wait to see what next week brings for you.

  4. Congrats on the weight loss...you make it sound as though you have a problem with high blood sugar...May I ask what you are on now??  My dh is a diabetic, and no matter what he is on, it is not working....his level is 11 when it should be 7...

  5. Great job on the weight loss.  I started WW online three weeks ago and have lost 6.6 lbs.  Pretty excited about it too!  Keep up the good work. . . and keep updating on the weight loss. . . it will give me some accountability to "comment" my loss as well!  :)
