2 Eggs - 12g of protein
1 Tomato Sliced
1/.2 English Muffin - 12.5g of carb
2 Cups of Spinach - 1.8g of protein

Toast your English Muffin 1/2

Separate egg whites from yolks

Put egg whites into hot skilled and put spinach on top, cover.

Meanwhile, slice your tomato and place on top of your English Muffin. (salt and pepper)

Flip egg and spinach.  If you want your yolks slide them on top and cover for 1 minute and season.*
Slide your eggs onto your English Muffin


I think I could eat this twice a day.

*My favorite season is Pampered Chef's Sweet Basil Rub
