A Clever Way to Make TONS of Bubbles!

I do this with washrags in the bath tub to wash the boys faces.
I put soap on a cloth, put it over their mouths and the BLOOOOW!
It's a fun way to get their mouths clean.
This morning I cut the end off of a water bottle and tried just dipping the end to make giant bubbles but only worked 1 out of 10 times, so a light bulb came on.
Here's what you'll need.
I ran in the house, got an old dish cloth, cut it up, put it on the end of the bottle and secured it with some giant rubber bands, you know the ones that come on broccoli.
You can entertain the kids for a least a good hour with this stuff.
Just pour some liquid soup or bubble liquid into a cup, dish or in my case the "old" Tupperware worked best!
Do you have a favorite method for making Bubbles?

  1. Your blog is fantastic, I love reading it! I saw that idea in the Family Fun Magazine this month and have been meaning try it.

  2. I know, a friend of mine just showed me that article! There bubbles look better than ours though. I need to start getting that magazine!

  3. I'm going to try this next time I have an empty water bottle. We don't usually have them around, but I'm sure I'll find one rolling around the floorboard of the van after our next road trip! I love your ideas!

  4. I have done this with my kids too- they love it. They call them bubble snakes.

Show the love. Major love!
