July 4th Party Poppers!

I loved this idea!
1. Cut cardboard tube gift wrap or paper towels to desired length.
2. Use tissue paper to wrap around the cardboard, starting by gathering the tissue at the top, twisting and then repeating at the bottom.
3.  Be sure to tuck candy, treats or popcorn inside, before securing both ends of the popper with ribbon.
4. Embelish your poppers with stickers, paper and cute die cuts.  Use pipe cleaners as the poper "wick" by inserting them into the tops of the crackers!
There you have it.
This great idea came from my fabric craft store Hobby Lobby!
