Which is Better? Lite or Regular
Okay so for years my dietitions when I was pregnant said
"It's better to eat regular salad dressing in moderation than to eat lite dressings."
My question for you today is...
Can you find me an article that supports this for diabetics?
I know it's out there but all I can find is "studies" saying how good "lite" is for you.
I'm sure that if you are watching your fat or cholesteral, lite is best.
However as a diabetic that keeps telling her friends, it's better to use regular and less of it, I need some proof.
HELP! help me my friends...
